Moving Meditation

During this cold snap many of us will be indoors and moving less. I’ll lead a session of postures and movements to encourage meditative attention to inner energy, based on my background in kung fu and yoga. Nothing complicated, but we will feel balanced and energized after this 40 minute session. Then we can share observations and questions. What practices do you cultivate for health, stress relief and personal growth? Let’s beat the cold with our inner warmth!
