During the crazy week of winter we experienced, a friend asked me if I would host some kind of stress-reducing class, based in my martial arts background. I thought that was an excellent idea, so I started the Moving Meditation series. It isn’t a formal class, but more of a social gathering, where I offer some gentle exercise movements drawn from my experience in kung fu and yoga, with an emphasis on breathing and meditative concentration.
